Overall, everything was great. I’m 6 foot tall and the bedspace was just enough to fit me. I don’t think anybody taller would fit well. Location is fantastic with a lot of stuff going on in Chinatown. It’s right next to the MRT so pretty easy access to get anywhere.
My biggest problem was that they used down/feather bedding. I am allergic to feather bedding so I’ll slowly get very stuffed up overnight. Usually feather bedding is more expensive so I didn’t expect a budget capsule hotel to have high end bedding. Other than that the place was comfortable, but you should definitely use earplugs since there are other people staying in the same room. The bathroom was pretty wet when I went to take a shower in the morning because the previous person had apparently sprayed water everywhere which was a little disgusting, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Hostel was really clean and very comfy. Bathrooms were very modern, nice hot showers. Breakfast was simple but nice and convenient. Location is great. Would recommend!

Good value for money, but there is a room for improvement
The location is good, in the heart of Chinatown, 30 min walk to the Marina Bay. The staff was nice, the capsule was comfy.
I had to leave early (6 AM) for the airport and asked if I can have breakfast packed to go. They said no problem and to be there at 5.30 AM. There was no one in the morning (5.30 AM-6 AM) and no package prepared. I would be ok if they left out at least a kettle and a tea bag or something. Also didn't know how to check out (as I was expecting someone was there) so I simply left the key on the reception counter. Also, to access the bathrooms, you need to go through the reception/bar area, which does not feel very private as people are sitting there and hanging out. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest (there was a lot of hair both in the shower and the sink, in all of the bathrooms).
